Sticky: Everything Starts With The Law Of Attraction

Are you just learning about the Law of Attraction and wondering where to begin?  Are you not seeing the results you were hoping for and want to start over?  Here are some of the best ways to get started and succeed.

1)  Think Positive Thoughts!

Negative thinking is a habit for many people.  It has the power to control all aspects of your life and make you feel totally helpless.  Before you can transform your outer circumstances, you need to learn how to think more positive thoughts.  Take a moment right now and consider the general direction of your thoughts.  Now ask yourself:  Do you consistently focus on the negative?  Do you feel stressed much of the time?  Do you live in a continual state of anxiety and frustration?Susan_Karim

If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, you must take the necessary steps to turn around your thought habits.  You won’t be able to change them overnight, but you can gradually adopt a more positive thought habit.  When you’re about to do something challenging and you hear that voice in your head starting its negative talk with you, stop for a moment and say aloud, “I am capable of doing this and I will be successful!”  If you feel anxious while waiting on some news, affirm over and over that everything will work out in your favor.  It will take effort on your part to think more positive thoughts, and you probably won’t believe all the things you’re saying – not at first.  But if you keep at it daily, little by little you’ll notice that optimism becomes your new habit.

2)  Fill Yourself With Positive Emotions!

Our emotions are among the most powerful weapons we have in our arsenal against struggle and lack because emotions are energy.  Whatever emotions we are feeling at any given moment is exactly the type of energy we are emitting to the universe.  Feel negative emotions, transmit a negative signal.  Feel positive emotions, transmit a positive signal.  These signals are what attract your experiences.

To improve the quality of your signal, incorporate a simple meditation time into your day.  Find a quiet place to sit or lie down and silence your mind.  Focus on your breathing and bring to mind something that you want or a situation you want resolved.  Imagine that you already have received what you desire or resolved the particular situation.  Bask in the pleasure you feel from receiving this thing you have wanted or the resolution of the situation you are in and let the feelings of joy, happiness, gratitude and contentment flow through your body.  Believe it or not, just a few minutes of daily meditation can bring about positive changes so quickly it can take your breath away.

3)  Be What You Are Trying To Attract.

In order to begin feeling the power of the Law of Attraction, you need to be like the person who already has what you want to attract.  For example:  Imagine that you want to attract more money into your life.  Perhaps you’re struggling with some financial difficulties and focusing on what you lack, which only attracts more money challenges.

In order to turn this situation around, begin thinking, feeling and acting like a person who has no money problems.  How would this type of person feel?  How would they act on a daily basis?  I’m certain you visualized a person who was calm, happy, grateful, centered and content.  They are able to handle all their financial obligations with calm and certainty and they aren’t fearful about money because they have a plan.  They would feel abundant and blessed.  If you begin thinking, feeling and acting just like this individual, you communicate to the universe that you are abundant and blessed – and the universe will respond with a resounding “Yes!”

The Law of Attraction is not rocket science!  It’s just a matter of learning how to think, feel and act differently than you have been used to doing for most of your life.  An adjustment period to this new way of thinking is absolutely necessary – just like adopting any new habit!  Don’t expect that you will get it perfect right away.  Simply work at improving your thoughts, emotions and expectations a little at a time, moment by moment.  You may think that small changes won’t create big results, but they can and they will!

Once you master these simple techniques, you’ll reach a point where you can pause, look back and marvel at how much your life has changed, just because you were willing to take it a step at a time.
